ADF Reserves
The Navy Reserve offers part-time opportunities in a wide variety of specialist roles, both at sea and on base.
Many full-time Army roles are also available part time, including soldiering, engineering, trades, business management and all medical disciplines.
There is a variety of Air Force Reserve opportunities including healthcare and public affairs positions, plus security roles to keep our airbases protected.

Financial compensation
As the employer of a Reservist, you may be able to apply for financial support to help compensate you for periods when they are serving. Payments to eligible businesses through the Employer Support Payment Scheme are based on the average full-time adult weekly wage, or pro rata if your employee works for you part time.
